Job summary

Rosecrance Champaign-Walnut in Champaign, IL seeks dedicated individuals to join the behavioral health outpatient team. You will participate with clients and families, helping recovery translate into daily life in a safe, therapeutic setting.

Starting pay varies by education level (HS/GED $18.43/hr, Associates $19.37/hr, Bachelor’s $20.25/hr). This full-time role is Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Participation in the Peer Recovery Training Program required.
• Must qualify as an RSA per Illinois DMH Rule 132.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to prescribed work hours.
• Assist individuals transitioning between treatment programs and levels of care.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment solutions.
• Provide behavioral interventions and advocacy for individuals with behavioral health disorders.
• Deliver peer education regarding behavioral health treatment.
• Facilitate peer-led groups and outpatient programming.
