Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and one year of full-time experience in social services delivery
• Knowledge of mental illness
• Valid Georgia driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers in regaining control over their own lives while promoting the recovery process through case management and skills training for consumers and their families.
• Monitor consumer progress toward treatment goals and maintain extensive documentation, accurately charting services and progress.
• Work well with community agencies and function as part of a team to deliver services.
