Legacy Behavioral Health Services in Georgia is seeking a Residential Care Specialist to support adults in a 24/7 community-based residential program in Tifton. You will provide skills training, daily living activities, and case management while assisting with transportation and medication observation.

Under the supervision of the Residential Site Manager, you must handle flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays and maintain thorough documentation of progress and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid GA driver’s license with less than 5 points.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain CPR Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide skills training and education on daily living skills (budgeting, chores, personal hygiene, meals).
• Provide case management and link to community resources.
• Assist with transportation and observe medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and document consumer progress in treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.

Legacy Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Care Specialist to join our team in Tifton, Ga. Under the direct supervision of the Residential Site Manager, Residential Care Specialist provides services to consumers with a MH, SA, or Dual Diagnosis in a 24/7 community based residential program. Provide skills training and education on daily living skills such as budgeting, performing household chores, personal hygiene, social skills, and meal preparation. Provide case management services such as linking to community resources. Assist with transportation and observe consumers take medications as prescribed. Monitor and document consumer progress in treatment using designated format and within established time frames. Computer knowledge and extensive documentation is required. Incumbent must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Residential Care Specialist will be supervised by the Site Manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED; required
• Valid GA driver’s license with less than 5 points.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain CPR Certification.
