VIP Community Services in New York City is seeking a Recovery Navigator to drive engagement and retention during a 120-day program. The role delivers Motivational Interviewing and Contingency Management, provides case management, and coordinates linkage to onsite FQHC and CCBHC services under clinical supervision.

• CASAC or CASAC-T is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health case management.
• Training in Motivational Interviewing and Contingency Management provided if needed.
• Knowledge of MOUD and recovery-oriented, person-centered care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
