Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team serving individuals with SMI or General Mental Health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment. 40 hours/week, Day shift, M-F.

The role involves implementing Individual Service Plans, coordinating rehab services, and supporting recovery goals, with benefits including diverse wellness programs and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in behavioral health or equivalent plus 3 years BH experience.
• Alternative: bachelor’s with 1 year BH experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in BH preferred.
• Valid AZ Driver License and 4 years driving experience.
• Must pass background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals.
• Implement services in Individual Service Plans and coordinate rehab services.
• Communicate and document client progress toward recovery.
• Promote a safe recovery environment and recovery philosophy.
• Use Motivational Interviewing and supportive listening.
• Engage with clients' natural support systems.
• Collaborate with Employment Specialists and RSA Counselor and providers to aid employment/education.

Skills

Associate's degree in behavioralhealth

High school diploma/GED with 3 years

Bachelor's degree (not in BH) + 1 year

Bachelor's degree in BH + any exp

Master's degree or higher in BH

1 year supervised experience as Rehab/

Valid AZ Driver License

Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

Interpersonal skills

Good communication skills

DSM-V understanding preferred

Background check & TB test

Typing speed 25 wpm

Education
