Job summary

Terros Health Oak Recovery Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join an interdisciplinary clinical team. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with no weekends or holidays, supporting individuals with SMI or general mental health diagnoses under court-ordered treatment.

You will help clients set recovery goals, implement plans, monitor progress, and coordinate services, while collaborating with Employment Specialists and other providers to enhance employment and daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include either an associate degree in behavioral health or a bachelor's/master's in the field.
• Relevant behavioral health experience or supervised rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Valid AZ driver license and fingerprint clearance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals and provide supportive services.
• Implement services identified in the Individual Service Plans and coordinate rehabilitation-related services.
• Communicate and document client progress toward recovery.
• Engage clients with Motivational Interviewing and supportive listening.
• Collaborate with Employment Specialists and RSA Counselor to promote employment and daily activities.
