Job summary
Terros Health is hiring a Rehabilitation Specialist for its Tempe Health Center. The role supports clients with serious mental illness or general mental health needs under Court-Ordered Treatment, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, in Tempe, AZ.
The position emphasizes coordinating services, promoting recovery, and collaborating with employment specialists to enhance clients’ daily functioning and goals. Bilingual pay differential and shift differential apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum education/experience combinations as listed in the job posting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of DSM-V is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals.
- Coordinate and monitor rehabilitation-related services for clients.
- Document client progress toward recovery.
- Promote a safe recovery environment.
- Engage clients using Motivational Interviewing and supportive listening.
