Preferred Family Healthcare, Inc. in Winfield, KS, is seeking a Counselor/Therapist to support individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, lead group and individual sessions, and collaborate closely with clients and referral sources to promote recovery and daily functioning. The role requires compassionate communication, ongoing professional development, and willingness to pursue credentials as needed.

Qualificações

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• LMSW, LMAC, LPC, LMFT preferred
• Credentialed as Qualified Addiction Professional or LAC/LCAC; willing to credential in additional states
• Willing to provide telehealth services as needed

Responsabilidades

• Complete intake, screening, and assessment within designated time frames
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document all services in accordance with regulatory standards
• Facilitate group and individual counseling focused on substance use recovery
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and referral sources
• Handle crisis situations as they arise
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings
• Assist clients through transition and complete necessary correspondence
