Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Kansas to provide substance abuse counseling (LAC, LMAC, LCAC).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in inpatient substance abuse treatment programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group sessions to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support during recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with standards.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions and educate families on addiction and recovery processes.
