Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Virginia is seeking dedicated Counselors (I, II, III) to join our clinical team. You will guide patients through their recovery journey, providing counseling, support, and treatment planning that creates lasting change.

We offer a structured Counselor Tier Program, multiple pay tiers, and access to 600+ CEU courses, plus a student loan repayment program eligibility at most locations. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or CSAC credentials.
• CSAC Supervisee or CSAC Supervisee Pending preferred.
• Eligible for certification/licensure in Virginia.
• Experience in substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Complete intake evaluations and facilitate group counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling.
• Conduct treatment plan reviews and participate in case conferences.
• Educate patients on program expectations, rights, and recovery goals.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services.
• Collect and administer urine/drug screens following procedures.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
