Pay ranges reflect credentials and licensure: Counselor I $21.25–$26.00/hour, Counselor II $25.00–$31.00/hour, Counselor III $31.25–$36.06/hour, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or qualifying CSAC credentials.
• CSAC Supervisee or CSAC Supervisee Pending preferred.
• Eligible for Virginia licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Complete intake evaluations and facilitate group counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services.
