Pay ranges from $21.25 to $36.06 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement, ongoing CEU courses, and loan-repayment eligibility at many locations.

Qualifications

• Counselors provide counseling and treatment planning.
• Strong assess/plan skills and crisis intervention.
• Must meet Virginia licensure or certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and treatment planning.
