Clarvida is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Lake Isabella, CA to provide outreach, case management, and mental health rehabilitation services. The role involves counseling, crisis intervention, and coordinating assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care to support client stability and wellness.

You will conduct intake and comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and connect clients with community resources, while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and billing

Qualifications

• AA/AS/BA in human services or related field with one year of related experience, or two years of equivalent experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse clients.

This role delivers counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building services while coordinating assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
