Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding homelessness and recovery pathways.

Responsibilities

• Stays up to date about resources for members and connects them to SFH services.
• Conducts outreach to educate the Boston community about Center services.
• Provides coaching/mentoring to members and promotes peer-led activities.
• Maintains attendance records and supports member surveys.
• Intervenes to uphold trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
