Job summary

Boca Recovery Center in Springfield, MA is looking for an Outreach Representative to connect the Outreach Department, Call Center, and Admissions teams to streamline referrals and placement in care.

The role supports inbound and outbound referrals, manages partnerships with external organizations, and coordinates stepdown planning and aftercare with Salesforce documentation. Strong communication, organization, and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Professional experience may substitute for formal education.
• Background in business development, outreach, admissions, or referral management in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound referrals handling and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Coordinate outbound referrals when admissions are not possible due to insurance or capacity.
• Track stepdowns from detox and residential programs to lower levels of care.
• Generate Salesforce reports and ensure data integrity.
• Communicate updates to leadership and resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
