Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical, recovery-oriented support to individuals with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring conditions.
• Act as mentor, advocate, and resource navigator to promote hope and sustained recovery.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to engage clients in outpatient services and ensure continuity of care.
