Qualifications

• Must be able to provide emotional and social support to Members.
• Ability to act as a recovery liaison and support Members in accessing necessary services.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment services and recovery support services.

• Facilitate connections to medical, dental, and mental health services.
• Maintain documentation of patient engagements in the EHR system.
