High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Recovery Coach for Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Brockton, MA. This per diem role supports individuals with substance use and mental health recovery through community-based services.

The position requires a High School diploma and lived recovery experience, with pay range $21-26/hour depending on experience and education. Training and a supportive interdisciplinary team accompany fieldwork across Brockton sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Lived experience with substance use & recovery is valued.
• Certification in required de-escalation program preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and social support to Members.
• Assist Members in making positive life changes in recovery.
• Help Members access treatment, peer recovery supports, and community services.
• Document patient engagements in the EHR system.
• Support families and individuals in coordinating services.
