Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services Inc. in Bend, Oregon seeks Recovery Mentors to support clients in our intensive outpatient/day treatment program, providing coaching, transportation, and group activities. You will work with the supervisor to design education, referrals, and family components of the program.

As a Recovery Mentor you will model recovery, maintain case notes in the EHR, assist with attendance and reporting, and help connect clients to community resources and sober activities.

Qualifications

• Must have personal lived experience with Substance Use Disorder.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRM-I and PSS certifications or eligibility within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recovery coaching with clients in outpatient/day treatment.
• Provides client transportation and assists with groups and activities.
• Maintains case notes in the EHR and completes required reports.
