Job summary

Southwest Network is seeking a dedicated team member to support adults with serious mental illness in recovery. You will help clients set goals, advocate for needed services, and build social skills for employment and community engagement.

You will also assist clinical staff by identifying recovery‑friendly settings and contributing your insights into what supports successful recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalency.
• Current or former recipient of Maricopa County behavioral health services with at least 1 year in recovery.
• Must maintain CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help members combat negative self-talk and overcome fears, set and achieve goals.
• Assist clinical staff in identifying recovery‑friendly environments and opportunities.

Education

1+ year in recovery (Maricopa County BH services)
