Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a team-oriented counselor to assist clients in achieving personal recovery goals. You will help clients build natural supports and advocate for themselves within their healthcare systems.

The role involves individual, group, and family counseling, development of treatment plans, and collaboration with treatment teams. A Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work is preferred, with experience in behavioral health or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, social work, or related field; equivalency considered.
• Experience in behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services may substitute education.
• Personal recovery experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with recovery goals and develop support systems.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Develop and monitor treatment/discharge plans.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and summarize progress.
• Complete assessments (ANSA/CANS) on time and maintain documentation.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
