Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a qualified behavioral health professional to deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in office and community settings. You will build trusting relationships with clients, engage them on substance use and its effects, and help set goals and coping strategies for healthy recovery.

You will collaborate with treatment teams, document plans, complete assessments, and ensure timely clinical reporting, aiming to support clients in achieving improved daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred; experience equivalency considered.
• Experience in behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services may substitute for degree.
• Personal recovery experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling.
• Facilitate use of family, social and community resources.
• Develop and monitor treatment and discharge plans; participate in treatment team meetings.
• Complete clinical documentation and assessments promptly; meet billable hour standards.
