Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Recovery Coach to mentor adults on their recovery journeys, using motivational interviewing and peer support to help build recovery capital, wellness plans, and connections to healthcare providers and community supports.

Responsibilities include coaching at least 20 individuals, SMART goal setting, relapse prevention education, weekly sessions, and documenting progress; the role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sustained recovery from addiction.
• Completion of Recovery Coach Academy & Ethical Considerations training (or ability to complete within 4 weeks of hire).
• Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) or working toward certification within 1–2 years.
• Knowledge of diverse recovery pathways (12-step, peer-based, harm reduction, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

What You Will Do

As a Recovery Coach, you’ll mentor, guide, and empower adults on their unique recovery journeys. Who You Are

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour plus monthly incentive bonuses
