Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Recovery Coach for full-time days on the 1st shift. The role supports outpatient treatment programs with a 5:30am–2:00pm schedule and involves driving to transport participants. A High School diploma is required, along with recovery experience; certification is to be earned within 12 months.

Salary is $22.90/hour with comprehensive benefits and 401k options. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and customer service

Qualifications

• Achievement of a minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery required.
• Achievement of 3-5 years of uninterrupted recovery preferred.
• Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment.
• Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services.
• Strong skills in the areas of communication, follow through, collaboration, and customer service.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which he/she is assigned.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport participants.

• Serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs.
• Modeling recovery principles and practices at all times.
• Providing linkages to recovery-oriented, peer support self-help supports and services and community-based mental health, substance use disorder, and family support programs.
• Serving as a liaison between the recovery community, the addiction treatment system, the medical treatment system, and the member’s community, family, and social context to facilitate connections across systems of care
