Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Coach to mentor adults on their recovery journeys and empower them with skills and resources.
You will use motivational interviewing and peer support to help build wellness plans, connect individuals to providers and community supports, and document progress according to agency standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of sustained recovery, and CARC certification or progress toward it.
What You'll Do As a Recovery Coach, you'll mentor, guide, and empower adults on their unique recovery journeys. Using motivational interviewing and peer support, you'll help individuals build recovery capital, develop wellness plans, and connect with healthcare providers, recovery networks, and community supports.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive bonuses
