• Process and file suits in various state courts
• Prepare and process documents for filing legal action through the court system
• Conduct follow-up communication with court system on progress of action filed
• Resolve issues with court system for documents improperly filed
• Obtain contact information for collections and recovery efforts
• Perform a wide variety of clerical duties
• Support recovery center operations and customer service
