Job summary

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma seeks a Court Case Manager who will guide participants through recovery, treatment, and accountability programs. You will work with judicial staff, treatment professionals, and community partners to support long-term sobriety and success.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver counseling to promote recovery, while coordinating resources to meet program goals and ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), CAC, or ability to obtain credentials.
• Experience in case management, treatment planning, counseling or addiction recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling focused on addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
• Coordinate treatment services, referrals, and support systems to meet program goals.
• Monitor progress, maintain case documentation, and provide recommendations.
• Foster engagement through educational programming and wellness activities.
• Build trusting relationships with participants, families, and court staff.
