Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' social services experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with ETO or other electronic case management systems.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents to develop recovery-oriented service plans.
• Provide integrated counseling and case management to promote housing stability.
• Use harm reduction to support diverse caseloads around mental health and substance use.
• Make referrals and liaise with health, mental health, and employment services.
• Maintain confidential resident records and participate in team meetings.
