Responsibilities include welcoming patients, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to regulations and accrediting standards. A Bachelor's degree is required, with CADC pursuing encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Knowledge of addiction and substance use disorder treatment methods a plus.
• Pursuing CADC certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized case management for patients in recovery and coordinate care with the treatment team.
• Welcome and orient patients to services and policies; arrange referrals and follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing tasks, and financial communications as needed; maintain documentation and charts.
