Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Pursuing CADC licensure preferred.
• Compliance with federal and state certification/licensure regulations.
• Knowledge of addiction and opioid treatment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular drug abuse case management sessions.
• Coordinate care and referrals for patients.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans with records.
• Provide crisis intervention and community coordination.
• Adhere to federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements.
• Assist in program implementation and caseload management.

Education
