Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) to administer medications in outpatient settings for patients entering recovery. You will support physicians, monitor patients, record vital signs, collect samples, and help maintain a safe, compliant clinic environment.

The role offers a regular schedule, travel to CMS sites as needed, and a benefits package designed to support your health, finances, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to CMS sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by CMS medical providers.
• Monitor symptoms and vital signs related to dosage and mental health.
• Obtain blood and urine samples and perform urine drug screens per policy.
• Maintain client records in the EHR system and document medication errors.
• Deliver medications to external facilities and maintain inventory.
