Job summary

Community Medical Services is seeking a Nurse to administer medications in an outpatient setting for patients in recovery programs. You will work under the Clinic Manager to ensure dosing accuracy, maintain inventories, and support providers in delivering safe, compassionate care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with $38–$41/hr pay and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) with match. Travel to CMS sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to CMS sites as needed.
• Reliable transportation and driving record.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by CMS clinicians.
• Monitor patient symptoms and vital signs related to dosing.
• Obtain specimens and process drug screens per policy.
• Maintain accurate records in CMS EHR.
• Deliver medications to external facilities and manage inventory.
• Adhere to regulations and report diversions.
