Job summary
Community Medical Services seeks a licensed nurse to administer medications in outpatient clinics and support medical providers in delivering addiction treatment. The role involves testing, inventory, and maintaining records in the EHR while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications
- Licensed LPN or RN in state of employment.
- CPR certification required.
- Willingness to travel to CMS sites.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with substance use disorders preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by a CMS medical provider.
- Monitor behavioral and medical symptoms related to dosage and drug use.
- Obtain vital signs, blood, and urine samples.
- Process point-of-care urine drug screens.
- Maintain accurate client records in CMS EHR.
- Deliver medications to external facilities.
- Adhere to all regulations and report diversions.
