Qualifications

• Preferred six months related field experience.
• Must maintain valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient supervision in a safe, therapeutic setting.
• Promotes the appropriate treatment model with patients; conducts interventions and provides support.
• Observes and documents relevant patient information and maintains cross-department communication.
• Ensures adherence to daily program schedule.
• Maintains timely documentation in electronic health records and staff logs.
• Transports patients to off-site appointments or activities with supervision.
• Conducts patient checks and counts.
• Performs routine facility safety checks including searches.
• Attends required staff trainings and meetings.
• Assumes lead duties for shifts as assigned.
