Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician or peer support worker preferred.
• Ability to transport members using company vans.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and daily quality guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive in a 10 passenger van to transport members locally.
• Welcome members and manage sign-in/sign-out.
• Facilitate groups and one-on-one interactions.
• Complete group sheets and data entry per QA guidelines.
• Assist with intakes and coordination with clinical team.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Support interns or new hires.
