Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Mansfield, TX is seeking PT Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships, and delivering an educational, positive member experience aligned with Life Time standards.

You will develop safe client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods, promote stretch programs, document progress, and stay current with certifications and continuing education.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Certified personal Trainer credential is required.
CPR and AED certified.
Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar) preferred.
1 year of personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
Document all aspects of client programming.
Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
