Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking an Alumni Program Coordinator to manage all aspects of the alumni program, from follow-up to programming and resources. You will engage alumni personally through calls, meetings and events, and work with the Clinical Director to connect alumni with support.

You'll also maintain accurate Salesforce reporting and oversee all alumni social media pages, ensuring consistent activity and engagement across channels in a compassionate, confidential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, at least 1 year of sobriety is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality with dignified boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming)
• Engage with alumni personally through calls, meetings and events
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls following established timeline
• Maintain accurate Salesforce reporting
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources with Clinical Director
• Oversee all alumni social media pages, maintaining engagement across channels
