Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Program Manager to oversee alumni engagement across our nationwide network. You will manage follow-up, resources, and programming, engaging alumni via calls, meetings, and events.

You will ensure Salesforce reporting is accurate and collaborate with the Clinical Director to connect alumni with clinical support. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, discretion, and a warm, engaging presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and set boundaries.
• Experience with social media management and outreach.
• Prior recovery or substance use experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls per established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Connect alumni with clinical support with the Clinical Director.
• Oversee alumni Social Media pages and engagement.

• What You'll Do
• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow - up, resources, programming etc.)
• Engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way through calls, meetings and events
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director
• Oversee all alumni Social Media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement
• What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma/ GED preferred
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred
• If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality; dignified character
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries
