Job summary

Hughes Orthodontics is seeking a Records Technician to join the Smile Squad. The role focuses on capturing patient records with intraoral photography, obtaining radiographs, and performing 3D Itero scans for orthodontic appliances such as braces or Invisalign.

Primary duties occur 2–3 days per week, with opportunities to expand into front desk tasks, marketing events, and patient communication as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Take high quality intraoral photographs.
• Obtain x-ray imaging of patients.
• Take 3D Itero scans for dental appliances.
• Sterilize orthodontic instruments and assist clinically as needed.
• Assist with routine orthodontic procedures at the chairside.
