Job Description

As a Record Retrieval Specialist, your main responsibility is to obtain the requested materials and supply those back to the requesting party in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Follow‑up with providers (via phone, email, fax) – frequent phone work
• Review prepayment requests for accuracy and input them into our system
• Answer status requests made by the client
• Process rejections based on the client protocol
• Review requested materials for accuracy and supply those in a final version to the requesting party
