Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking 7 Data Entry Specialists for a long-term project in Freehold, NJ. The role combines data entry, barcode scanning, file organization, and customer service in a warehouse environment.

Requirements include 0–1 year of experience, strong data entry and computer skills (Excel and Outlook), and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Weekly pay and standard weekday hours are provided as part of a long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in records management or data entry.
• Strong data entry and computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift and move file boxes up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan and process customer file barcodes using a handheld scanner and laptop.
• Identify and account for working papers within the records management system.
• Retrieve, organize, and process client files according to established procedures.
• Sort scanned files according to system results and properly re-box and organize files.
• Move completed boxes to designated pallets and locations.
• Assist with box audits, inventory, and records retrieval requests.
• Troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and communicate professionally with internal client teams.
