Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the DEA mission by reviewing, validating, and entering data for case files. The role requires handling sensitive information with precision and delivering timely status updates to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite, plus the ability to work in a team and meet strict deadlines. U.S. citizenship and a long-form background check are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years’ experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data extraction and interpretation abilities from legal/non-legal documents.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple case files and meet deadlines.

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure completeness and resolve data inconsistencies.
