Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) mission. The role involves reviewing data from multiple sources, ensuring completeness, and entering information into databases with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or HS diploma and two years’ related experience.
• One year of asset forfeiture orlaw enforcement-related experience.
• Ability to grasp organization and functions of the customer.
• Strong workload and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced skills preferred.
• Ability to review, interpret, and extract data from complex documents.
• Team-oriented with professional demeanor.
• U.S. Citizenship and a 7- or 10-year background investigation requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Confirm completeness of data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Enter data accurately into databases and documents.
• Create case/project files and manage file status.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and inquiries with proper format.
• Provide timely status updates and support information requests.
