Job summary

Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Behavioral Health Treatment Centers (BHTC) seeks a Forms and Records Analyst Supervisor to lead records staff, handle complex public records requests, and coordinate with the Attorney General's Office and partners. You will guide decisions on release, redaction, and retention while improving procedures and training across BHTC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of experience in forms and/or records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex public records requests under Washington's Public Records Act (RCW 42.56) and legal discovery.
• Determine what records are responsive and what information must be redacted or withheld.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Forms and Records Analysts.
• Coordinate high-risk or litigation-related matters with the Attorney General's Office and partners.
• Develop procedures and train others on records requirements.
