Temple Health System is seeking a Records Coordinator for a full-time day shift at 50 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge PA. The role supports the intake and acquisition of clinical records, pathology slides, and radiographic images from outside facilities, performing clerical and receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree in Medical Secretarial Sciences preferred or an equivalent

Position: Records Coordinator
Location: 50 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge PA
Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Remote Work: 1 day per week after successful completion of probationary period
The Records Coordinator performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, and receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service, which support and facilitate the intake and acquisition of clinical records, pathology slides, and radiographic images from outside facilities. Accurately maintains required logs, files, and statistics.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associate’s Degree Medical Secretarial Sciences Preferred or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
1 year experience in a medical secretarial role. Required
1 year experience in area of department specialty Preferred
