KellyMitchell is seeking Compliance Specialists for a short-term records cleanup project for a major U.S. airline. The role is 4 to 6 weeks, onsite in Arlington Heights, IL, starting November 2 and ending mid-December.

The work involves high-volume data entry of confidential drug testing records, ensuring accuracy, and flagging issues for the team. Candidates must have 5+ years in data entry/records management, handle sensitive information, and pass a 5-panel drug screen.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, records management, filing, or document processing.
• Experience with high-volume, detail-oriented data entry or records work.
• Experience handling confidential or regulated documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work onsite Monday through Friday in Arlington Heights, IL.
• Available to start November 2 and work through mid December.
• Must pass a 5 panel drug screen.

Mansioni

• Review paper drug testing files for accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm required employer copies are on file and match system records.
• Enter and correct data in the client’s records system.
• Identify and flag missing, duplicate, or mismatched documents.
• Organize and file records according to team guidelines.
• Handle confidential and regulated information with discretion.
• Track discrepancies and report progress to the team.
