Responsibilities

• Performs data entry and maintenance of computer files.
• Collects and reviews documents for legal transfer of individuals.
• Maintains records for each new detainee and updates files as required.
• Develops and submits reports related to inmate file system and other required reports.
• Audits inmate files in accordance with facility policy.
• Prepares inmate files for release of inmates.
