What You Can Expect

The records clerk will assist in searching and investigating information contained in loan files.

Location, Schedule & Salary

• Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time, 25 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives
• Build and manage long-term, trusting relationships
• Collaborate with loan officers on quality checks of consumer and in-house mortgage loans
• Research information and resolve problems, errors, or discrepancies in records
• Issue and clear exceptions according to credit union procedures
• Accurately record all actions related to loan files
• Comply with all applicable regulations
• Participate in ongoing education for career development

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior credit union experience preferred
