Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Records Center and coordinate its activities.
Ensure compliance with retention/destruction laws and regulations for public records.
Hire, supervise and evaluate staff; coordinate training and approve leave requests.
Provide logistical support to Elections Division, including equipment testing and distribution of materials.
Coordinate imaging, storage and access to county records; review records storage contracts and proposals.
