Job summary

Simplex. is seeking a Records Analyst to support ongoing projects with a government entity in Austin, Texas. This is a temporary 6-month contract position requiring on-site work downtown in the Capitol building five days a week.

Candidates must live in Austin or be easily commutable. The Records Analyst will help update records for the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) and upload records to the TSLAC portal (ARCHIE).

This position is W2 contract; sponsorship or C2C is not available.

• Must reside in Austin or be commutable to downtown Austin.
• Familiar with the record retention schedule of the State.
• General knowledge of State policies.

Job description

We are again collaborating with a government entity in Austin, Texas, to identify a Records Analyst to support several ongoing state projects. This is a temporary 6-month contract position. This position requires you to be on-site downtown in the Capitol building 5 days per week.

You must live in Austin or be easily commutable to downtown Austin to be eligible for this role

You will be helping a government entity update its records for TSLAC (Texas State Library and Archives Commission).
